Excellent opportunity exists for a Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a busy outpatient setting with the ability to focus on clinical and patient excellence, then look no further!  This is a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness.    Due to the growth we are experiencing, you have the opportunity to practice in the popular city of Sun City West, AZ.

A description of our clinics:

• Mon-Fri with limited call (shared call: phone call consult only)
• Dedicated admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, lab/imaging, and clinical support staff provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include an adult patient population, wellness and chronic care disease management
• System-wide EMR with dictation and AI tools available

We seek candidates who are:

• Interested in Adult or Geriatric patient populations
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Board certified or eligible in Family Med, Internal Med or Geriatric Medicine

Banner Health's total compensation package includes:

• Salary base plus incentives
• Relocation assistance + $50,000 starting bonus
• Resident stipend: receive up to $18K ($1,500 monthly) during your final 18 months of training when you commit early
• Paid CME plus dedicated time off
• Malpractice coverage w/tail insurance
• Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family
• Dedicated resources toward mitigating burnout and encouraging physician well-being.
• PSLF qualified and up to $100K loan repayment
