Working as a Remote Dispatcher will put you at the center of our operations' logistical support system, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Without leaving your house, you will be responsible for making sure everything runs well, from planning schedules to contacting with drivers and making sure everything arrives on time.

Things You Can Expect to Do:

Make sure everything runs smoothly by coordinating and scheduling pickups, deliveries, and services.

Act as the principal point of contact for drivers, guiding them and assisting them with any roadside problems that may come up.

Keep things on track by keeping an eye on progress in real-time and making adjustments to schedules and routes as needed.

Keep clients informed of the progress of their services and deliveries, including any modifications that may arise.

Maintain up-to-date records of all dispatch operations and ensure that our systems are always accurate.

Work in tandem with your colleagues to enhance workflows and efficiency, offering suggestions to streamline processes.

About You:

You are a candidate based in the United States who possesses the legal permission to work in the country.

You are eager to learn and advance in a dynamic position, but you lack the necessary experience.

Whether it's scheduling, coordinating, or solving problems, you're very organized and take pleasure in maintaining order.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can give precise directions even when time is of the essence.

You have no problem picking up new technologies and are open to learning how to utilize various dispatching platforms and apps, such as Slack, Google Maps, and others.

Even when things don't work out the way you expected, your ability to remain composed and focused makes you a problem solver.

You tend to get things done without much oversight because you're a self-starter.
