Job Description

Requirements – Dishwasher

• Reliable and punctual — able to work scheduled shifts on time

• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Able to safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals (training provided)

• Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, working in a hot/wet environment

• Willingness to handle a variety of tasks (dishes, trash, restrooms, floors, general cleaning, restocking)

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team

• Previous dishwashing or cleaning experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment throughout service

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, kitchen, storage, and overall restaurant areas

• Empty trash and recycling; assist with closing and cleaning duties

• Clean and restock restrooms as needed during shift

• Assist BOH team with basic prep, stocking, or other tasks when time allows

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

• Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
