Requirements – Dishwasher
Reliable and punctual — able to work scheduled shifts on time
Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Able to safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals (training provided)
Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, working in a hot/wet environment
Willingness to handle a variety of tasks (dishes, trash, restrooms, floors, general cleaning, restocking)
Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team
Previous dishwashing or cleaning experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment throughout service
Maintain a clean and organized dish area, kitchen, storage, and overall restaurant areas
Empty trash and recycling; assist with closing and cleaning duties
Clean and restock restrooms as needed during shift
Assist BOH team with basic prep, stocking, or other tasks when time allows
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Support teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
