Job Description

• Deploy, update, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac-based workstations in a corporate environment.

• Utilize system management tools such as:

  • Microsoft ConfigMgr (SCCM)

  • Microsoft Intune

  • Jamf (Casper)

  • Other enterprise system management tools

• Support experience with:

  • Wired/Wireless networks

  • VPN technologies

  • Collaboration platforms (Chat, Video Conferencing)

  • A/V devices and conference room systems

• Proficient in supporting:

  • Office365 Suite

  • All major web browsers

  • Popular third-party applications

  • Encryption tools and antivirus solutions

  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

  • DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

  • File/print services and shared drives

• Familiarity with standard helpdesk/ticketing tools such as:

  • ServiceNow

  • Jira

• Communication:
  Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization - including business stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, senior managers, and C-level executives.

• Technical Curiosity:
  Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and exploring new tools and technologies.

• Customer Focused:
  Strong desire to support and assist end-users in achieving optimal productivity.

• Prioritization & Time Management:
  Skilled at analyzing and prioritizing support requests based on business impact.

• Discipline & Task Management:
  Proactively manages helpdesk tickets and internal IT responsibilities, staying focused despite interruptions from chat, email, or ad-hoc requests.

• Clear Communication:
  Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, understandable terms to non-technical users.
