Here’s a list of duties/responsibilities and requirements/qualifications for a Receptionist - Dental Office job post:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Greeting and Scheduling Patients. Collecting and checkin/checkout.
Handling Patient Records and Billing information scans. Route phone calls.

Patient Communication:

Confirm appointments; Recare scheduling.
Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans.
Address any questions or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in a Dental or Medical Office: Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills, Bilingual preference.
Proficiency in Dental Software: Familiarity with dental practice management software, Open Dental, as well as basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).

Compensation: 14-26$/hr
