The Role: Customer Success Manager
We're looking for a motivated, empathetic, and proactive individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role, your focus will be on driving the successful adoption and ongoing engagement with our healthcare services in the schools we serve. Working closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams, you'll be instrumental in supporting school partnerships and ensuring access to quality healthcare for students.
Location: Based in Florida; this role is remote with approximately 80% in-field travel to school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
School & Community Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with school health and leadership teams to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with school staff (virtually and in person) to understand and meet their healthcare needs.
Attend and facilitate school district, school-specific, and community events.
Address and resolve any complex issues proactively to ensure partner satisfaction.
Support our mission to make healthcare accessible for all students.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide regular internal reports on account health, usage metrics, satisfaction levels, and impact.
Advocate for the needs of our school partners within the organization.
Log relevant activities, communications, and insights in our CRM to enhance account planning.
What We're Looking For:
Customer Success Expertise: You have proven experience in relationship management (e.g., customer success or account management) within educational or healthcare settings. Prior work within schools or school districts is a plus.
People-Centric Approach: You're known as a "people person" and have a strong reputation for building trust and rapport with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in customer success, preferably in K-12 education or healthcare
Experience working with children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds
Ability to meet fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared school access
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
Currently reside in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia preferred)
Preferred Experience:
Background in a startup or high-growth environment
Familiarity with Gainsight or similar customer success software
Established relationships in Philadelphia schools or communities
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive total compensation package, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, which includes base pay and a performance-based incentive. Additional benefits include a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and more.
