Position: Remote Radiology Scheduler (Weekends)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Part-time, Non-exempt, Hourly
Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a dependable and self-motivated team member to join our Scheduling Department in a remote weekend role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who thrives working independently from home.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and providers calling to schedule appointments—making professionalism, accuracy, and empathy key to your success.
Answer inbound calls from patients and provider offices
Schedule imaging appointments accurately and efficiently
Enter patient demographics, insurance, and exam details into the system
Understand basic imaging modalities to ensure proper scheduling
Provide excellent customer service and handle scheduling concerns with empathy
Stay organized and focused in a remote work setting
Communicate clearly with internal teams as needed
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Excellent customer service and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and stay disciplined while working remotely
Prior medical scheduling or call center experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
