Job Summary We are hiring a
Cultural Experience Planner to support travelers in curating immersive, educational, and meaningful experiences across global destinations. This remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about connecting people to the history, food, art, and traditions of the places they visit.
As a key point of contact for clients, you'll help tailor unique itineraries that focus on authentic travel experiences, combining local culture with carefully selected accommodations, excursions, and logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients to understand their interests in cultural exploration and global travel
- Research and design travel itineraries that highlight local traditions, cuisine, arts, heritage sites, and festivals
- Manage bookings for flights, lodging, guides, and cultural tours
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless travel experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel policies, and seasonal trends
- Deliver professional service from the planning phase through post-trip follow-up
Qualifications - Strong interest in culture, travel, and global traditions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or event planning is helpful but not required
