The Opportunity As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions as a Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate, you mentor junior team members and uphold professional standards while navigating the complexities of client engagements and internal projects. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
