Job Description

Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand, you’ll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales.

In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
  
• Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
  
• Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
  
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
  
• Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
  

Requirements

• Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience.
  
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  
• Experience with live streaming and community engagement.
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics and trends.
  
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).
  

Benefits

Base Compensation:

You will receive a fixed payment for producing the video. The compensation structure varies based on the type of video and may be calculated as follows:

• Per hour
  

• Per minute of final developed video content
  

• Per completed video
  

Performance-Based Incentives

In addition to the base pay, you are eligible for performance bonuses based on the video's engagement and sales performance across platforms:

• $0.001 per view
  

• $0.01 per like
  

• $0.10 per comment, save, or share
  

• 10%–20% commission on each sale generated
