CSC Awnings is seeking a construction project manager/estimator with a thorough understanding of awning and canopy design and installation related details. This person will be responsible for jobs throughout the lifecycle of a project, including but not limited to finding appropriate work to bid, accurately bidding work, and following each job through to completion to ensure each job is completed within budget. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with employees, customers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker who pays thorough attention to details.

Job Requirements:

• Previous construction project management and estimating experience required, preferably experience with awning and canopies.
• Must be able to pass motor vehicle background and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required.

Compensation and Benefit Information:

• $65,000-$80,000 annually, dependent upon experience
• Company-sponsored health insurance
• Voluntary insurance options including: dental (high & low plan options), vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, voluntary term life, critical illness, hospital indemnity, & accident
• 401k with generous company match (dollar for dollar on the first 3% of what you contribute, fifty cents per dollar on the next 2% of what you contribute)
