As a Construction Laborer, you'll assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, and other remodeling projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, and trim. Use hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on the job site. Follow instructions from foremen and skilled crew members. Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety standards. Perform basic measurements and calculations for cutting and installation tasks. Travel to various job sites as required. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with interest or experience working with hand and power tools. Desire to learn construction skills and grow within the company. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED preferred. One year of construction or related experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
