Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills .
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in
Pharma/Life Sciences domain is highly preferred.
