This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Public Accountant or Experienced Public Accountant located in La Porte, IN. The accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax returns, and providing accounting advice. Daily tasks include conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting clients with financial reporting and tax planning. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) with 5+ years of experience, concentrating in Auditing, Reviews & Compilations.
• Proficiency with Financial Statements and Accounting
• Experience in Tax Preparation and Finance
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office suite
