Business Systems Administrator I

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Range: $19.66 – $25.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temporary-to-Hire (TTH)

Position Overview

An established organization in Aliso Viejo is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Systems Administrator I to provide medium-level support across various business applications. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced IT environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for application support and issue resolution
  • Manage incoming support tickets; ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Document all support activities, solutions, and technical processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to support system improvements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal resources to maintain service quality and performance
  • Use diagnostic tools and problem-solving methodologies to address user issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ months of related experience (AA degree minimum; BS degree accepted with less experience)
  • Exposure to ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Background in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software platforms
  • Familiarity with system workflows, integrations, or business process support
  • Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices

Compensation

This position offers a base pay range of $19.66 – $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
