Job Description

As they expand their operations in Milwaukee, they are seeking a motivated Business Developer to drive growth and build strong client partnerships.

The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting their staffing solutions. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business development.

  • Client Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients. Utilize networking, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate leads.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement effective sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue.

  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service offerings to clients, effectively communicating our value proposition.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client needs and to facilitate a seamless staffing process.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to inform future strategies and initiatives.

  • Must be comfortable and have experience targeting larger accounts with 50+ contingent staffing needs
  • Will be targeting light industrial, distribution, logistics and warehouse throughout Wisconsin.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or staffing, with a focus on skilled trades preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Comfortable calling into large accounts
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
