We are looking for a Brand Assurance Specialist to serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external licensors to manage the approval process for licensed toy products. This role ensures that all submissions — from early design concepts to final production samples — meet brand guidelines, visual standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment where clear communication and accuracy are essential.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end licensing submission process, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and in the correct format.
Review and compile design concepts, packaging artwork, and production samples for submission to licensors.
Verify that all submissions adhere to licensor style guides, brand standards, and product approval requirements.
Accurate tracking all submissions, feedback, and approvals using automation or integrations to track statuses and deadlines in real time.
Communicate feedback from licensors to internal teams and follow up on necessary revisions or resubmissions.
Maintain organized records of approvals, artwork versions, and licensor correspondence.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with licensors and internal cross-functional partners (Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales).
Support the creation of presentation decks, visuals, or line reviews for licensor meetings.
Partner with design and packaging teams to ensure all final product assets align with approved designs.
Assist in updating and maintaining internal brand reference materials and digital asset libraries.
2–4 years of experience in licensing, product approvals, or creative coordination (toy, entertainment, or consumer goods industry preferred).
Strong understanding of the licensing approval process and familiarity submission platforms (e.g.,Discord, etc.) and able to automate approvals.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Passion for creative products, storytelling, and licensed brands.
