This role is crucial in maintaining our dealership's administrative and financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative and financial reporting functions for our single-point franchise
• Assist the Corporate Controller with administrative processes as needed
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely employee payments
• Maintain accurate personnel records and manage employee benefits
• Provide support and guidance to the office staff in their positions
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Foster collaboration between sales, service, and parts departments for seamless operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a controller in an automotive franchise dealership
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with office software and accounting systems
• Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy standards
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of automotive industry regulations and dealership operations
