Red Stick Brothers Properties is a locally owned property management company specializing in single-family homes and small multi-family communities, ranging from Low-Income/Section 8 to Class A properties.
We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of property management. Prior property management experience is not required; however, comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new systems is essential. Experience with property management software (preferably Buildium), Excel, Outlook, or similar programs is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including answering phones, processing rental applications, preparing leases, assisting with rent collection, making follow-up calls, supporting the eviction process, performing light bookkeeping tasks, and handling maintenance requests and work assignments. You will work closely with our team to help ensure smooth daily operations.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, open to feedback, and interested in building a career in property management. Familiarity with Section 8 or LIHTC programs is helpful but not required.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm. We are a small but growing company and are excited to bring on someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow with us.
