Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Apartment Turn Technician & Groundskeeper to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apartment Turn Technician:
  • Perform necessary repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, HVAC, and general maintenance on apartments between tenant moves.
  • Inspect apartments for damages and ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all apartments meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
  • Complete resident work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Groundskeeper:
  • Maintain the appearance of the property, including lawn care, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on outdoor equipment and tools.
  • Ensure grounds are free of any trash, debris, or pet waste.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior maintenance or apartment turn experience preferred
• HVAC certification : Preferred but not mandatory
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and working outdoors.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail in both apartment maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Team Player: Able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure property upkeep.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to commute to and from work.
