Job brief


We are seeking an SEO and Social Media Administrator to join our team. SEO and Social Media Administrator with expertise in leveraging AI technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will use large language models (LLMs) and other AI tools to optimize our digital presence and streamline content workflows. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving abilities.

This is a non-voice role hence, we require candidates to have excellent speaking, written and reading skills.

Compensation package P18,000.00 to P30,000.00 (Philippine pesos) depending on experience and knowledge in the Human Resource Industry (RPO) and Manufacturing Industry and Annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update a content idea calendar, ensuring all items currently being worked on are accurately reflected on the list.

  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Utilize LLMs and other AI tools to generate and optimize prompts for creating new content and repurposing existing materials for various platforms.

  • Content Management & Scheduling: Implement strategies to automate content scheduling and postings, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across all social media channels. This includes updating automation tools for seamless operation.

  • Strategy Implementation: Execute strategies provided by supervisors, adhering to division or department protocols and best practices.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and provide high-level overviews of activities, including content and posting performance highlights and lowlights.

  • AI Tool Integration: Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into our workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Social Media Administration

  • Content Creation and Curation: They create and curate engaging and relevant content, such as posts, images, videos, and articles, to share on social media channels. The content should resonate with the audience and promote the organization's brand and offerings.

  • Social Media Posting and Scheduling: They schedule and publish posts at optimal times to ensure maximum visibility and engagement. Using social media management tools, they plan ahead to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

  • Audience Engagement: Social media administrators actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. They foster a sense of community, address queries or concerns, and build positive relationships with followers.

  • Monitoring and Analytics: They track the performance of social media campaigns and gather data on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates. This data helps them analyze the effectiveness of their strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

  • Social Listening: They keep an eye on conversations and mentions related to the organization or its industry. Social listening helps them understand customer sentiments, identify trends, and respond to potential crises.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Experience with AI: Proven experience using AI technologies, particularly LLMs, for content generation, optimization, and automation.

  • Creative & Artistic Ability: Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to create engaging images for specific industries using tools like CapCut, Heygen and other relevant software. We need someone who can utilize Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant software or tools to design eye-catching marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and digital advertisements and experience in video editing is a plus.

  • Operational Excellence: A proven ability to follow protocols, operational procedures, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all content and marketing materials.

  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with the CEO, Chief Human Resource Officer, Division Vice President, Executive Assistant, and marketing and editorial teams.

  • SEO & Social Media Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO principles, social media strategies, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (written, spoken, and reading).

  • Content Creation and Curation: The candidate is expected to have the ability to create and curate engaging and relevant content, such as posts, images, videos, and articles, to share on social media channels. The content should resonate with the audience and promote the organization's brand and offerings.

  • We need someone who can utilize Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant software or tools to design eye-catching marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and digital advertisements.

  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills

  • Effective time-management abilities

  • Above average working experience in using social media and CRM tools like hubspot, heropost, Vista Social

  • Candidate must have an In-home office setup like Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with a Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200U to AMD Ryzen 7 4800U or AMD Ryzen, 32GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Compensation Package and Work set-up

  • PHP 18,000 - PHP 30,000 a month, Annual Bonus.

  • Job Type - Full-time - Permanent remote work, 100% work from home
