We are a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel automations for chiropractors. We currently serve 25 active clients and are rapidly expanding. Our mission is to help chiropractic clinics grow with high-quality advertising, CRM workflows, and simple but effective marketing systems.
We are now hiring 2–3 full-time Virtual Assistants who are very experienced in:
* Meta Ads Manager
* GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Client communication, reporting & support
This is a long-term role with daily responsibilities and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
* Build, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
* Set up and maintain GoHighLevel snapshots, automations, pipelines, triggers, and workflows
* Build landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars inside GHL
* Troubleshoot client tech issues (domains, tracking, integrations, etc.)
* Manage CRM conversations: tagging, workflows, lead flow, pipeline clean-up
* Provide weekly updates and communicate with assigned clients
* Manage simple Google Ads campaigns
* Assist in internal SOP building
* Help support our upcoming course launch (“How to Run Your Own Ads”)
Required Skills
* 2+ years experience in GoHighLevel (non-negotiable)
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, testing, optimization)
* Experience working with lead generation campaigns
* Strong English communication (written & verbal)
* Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple clients
* Fast learner and strong problem-solving ability
* Experience with service-based businesses (bonus if you’ve worked with chiropractors/clinics)
Preferred (but not required)
* Google Ads experience
* Video editing basics (short-form clips)
* Understanding of local business funnels
* Familiarity with conversion tracking & pixels
Work Schedule
* Full-time (40 hours/week)
* Must be available for daily check-ins
* Flexible hours, but some overlap with US business hours is required
