**Date Posted:** 2025-11-06 **Country:** United States of America **Location:** HMA02: Engine Comp (TFT) - Peabody Peabody Industrial Center, Peabody, MA, 01960 USA **Position Role Type:** Onsite **U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements:** U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Security Clearance:** None/Not Required **The Materials Associate performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stockroom, kitting, expediting, shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.** **What You will Do:** + Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control. + Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (not to include forklifts or high bay vehicles) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material. + Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials. + Proficiently uses computer hardware/software. + Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment, records calibration logs of tools and equipment. + Performs operator preventative maintenance tasks and refers major breakdowns to machine maintenance. + Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process. + Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices. + Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean. + Performs related duties as required within the scope of this job function. + 1st shift; Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. **Qualifications We Require:** + Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
